addictive behavior related to biological aspects of addiction.

Conformity to current APA style is required for this manuscript. Although you have some degree of choice of topic, the organization of the paper needs to follow the Research Paper Guide.
Once you have developed a proper introduction for your paper, there will be 3 primary sections/key points for you to address. Each section/point has subpoints that must also be addressed.
1. Description of Substance/Behavior: In this section, describe the biological aspects of the addictive substance or behavior. Your discussion must explain the addictive properties and include the primary effects on the brain and other organ systems in the body.
2. Clinical Issues: Discuss clinical considerations of the addictive substance or behavior. Include the implications the biological aspects of substance/behavior have for the counseling process. Describe medical treatments (existing or developing) based on biological aspects of substance/behavior and future directions of treatment. Include a brief discussion of ethical issues the biological aspects of the substance/behavior have for counseling.
3. Christian Worldview Implications: The third main section of your paper must discuss biological aspects of the addictive substance/behavior from a biblically informed Christian worldview. Include areas of freedom and caution for Christian counselors based on the biological aspects of the addictive substance/behavior.
Since this is a formal research paper, an introduction and conclusion are required.
Remember, this is a guide and not an outline for your paper. You will do well to effectively use proper current APA headings and subheadings to help organize and present your paper. The current APA publication manual has helped make the use of headings and subheadings much easier than in previous editions. The main sections above would make very suitable headings for your paper.

HNA REPORT – STROKE NEEDS ASSESSMENT HACKNEY AND THE CITY

A 5000 word written report, weighting 100% of the Module mark. This means there is only one summative assessment on this Module.

The Assessment is based on a health needs assessment (HNA) for a particular population in a chosen local area. The coursework requires you to identify, examine and analyse the health needs of a particular population in relation to relevant health determinants and current healthcare service provision within a particular area (local authority) and then critique a resultant health needs assessment. Interpret and discuss the health needs and current service provision, using these as the evidence-base for drawing local area priorities and recommendations for intervention service design, planning, development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation in relation to the health needs of the respective population. Whilst you develop your work from existing HNA and public health reports, think of your work as the latest and most updated evidence-based HNA report prepared for (or required by) commissioners in the local area to commission healthcare services for the chosen population. In the Report, you should clearly underline the health needs of the chosen population and through your suggested priorities and recommendations for service provision, show how these should be met. Your priorities and recommendations should take into account that your Report is to be considered as the latest HNA for the chosen population in the chosen local area. Therefore, this should also take into consideration the challenges facing the local authority and how these can be negotiated in order to implement your HNA more effectively in the local area in relation to the chosen population. As such, the Report priorities and recommendations provide the base for a comprehensive discussion on “how to make it happen”.

The Report should clearly discuss the epidemiologic context of health problem/s and the health needs of the chosen population including the current service provision and utilisation by the population. This should underline and discuss clearly the health inequalities that exist and their determinants in relation to the chosen population. Think of what should be the local priorities for commissioners and other local area stakeholders with interest in the HNA in relation to the chosen population. Thus, the Report’s recommendations should show how the local area priorities can be achieved.

I HAVE ALREADY DONE THE ESSAY. ITS THE FILE NAMED FINAL HNA REPORT. IT FAILED FOR 45/50. MY TUTOR GAVE ME FEEDBACK ON WHAT TO CHANGE AND ADD. MY GUESS IS THAT THE TOTAL OF THINGS TO ADD AND CHANGES WONT BE MORE IN THE COUNT OF WORDS THAN 7 PAGES. USE THE PDF WITH THE NAME ”FEEDBACK HNA REPORT” TO DO THE CHANGES AND ADD THINGS AS IT NEEDS ACCORDING THE FEEDBACK. SCORE IS 45/100 SO I NEED A BIT MORE TO PASS. USE THE FILE DOCUMENT ”ADDITIONS AND CORRECTIONS” ALSO TO ADD TO THE PART 3 AND PART 4 AND CONCLUSION. PLEASE ALSO USE A FEW MORE SOURCES. KEEP THE ONE I HAVE AS THATS WHERE I GOT THE MORE STUFF AS ITS ABOUT THE AREA IN UK CALLED HACKNEY AND THE CITY BUT ADD SOME MORE LITERATURE WHERE NEEDED. FOLLOW WITH THE FEEDBACK.

Textbook: Medieval Europe- A Short Story – Judith M. Bennet

essay

Q3 Narrative Common Task – 40pt. Summative

Your final Summative Assessment for the third quarter is a short narrative task. You will choose one character from the short stories we have read: William Faulkner’s “A Rose for Emily,” Kate Chopin’s “Desiree’s Baby,” and Flannery O’Connor’s “A Good Man is Hard to Find.”

After you have chosen your character, select a moment from the short story where this character has a prominent role. You will then write a diary/journal entry from the point of view of that character. Your goal is to include the inner thoughts and feelings of this character, providing details the author did not write. You must refer to actual scenes in the story – your character should reflect on his or her actions and give us greater understanding about choices he or she has made. Remember to choose one of the main characters!

You are expected to write at least 6-10 sentences as you develop your diary entry. You do not have to begin by writing Dear Diary, but it is certainly an option. You should write in first person, as this is a diary. You can comment on other characters and events in the story, but you want to make sure you address your character’s thoughts and feelings about his or her own actions. We want to understand this person.

Keep your diary entry true to the story. Yes, you are including thoughts and feelings that the author excluded, but they should be believable based on how the character is portrayed. You have to stay true to the character’s nature. For instance, there is nothing in “A Rose for Emily” that indicates she regrets killing Homer. You should not write about how sorry she feels for poisoning him.
