The Pros and Cons of Foreign (non-military) Aid

For your research project due at the end of week 3, you are to take the topic you chose in Week 1 (The Pros and Cons of Foreign (non-military) Aid) and find 5 sources no older than 5 years in the online library on that topic. You will then take those sources and complete an Annotated Bibliography, which is a reference list with 250-word summaries under each source. That is the extent of your project. You will not be writing a formal research paper in this class.

This week, you will find those 5 recent sources and turn in a reference list using the Project Template: POS1041 Project Template

You must use the online library. Click here: http://bit.ly/PSdatabases

Search the databases for articles related to your topic. Vary your terms until you find the articles that interest you. One helpful tip: before you hit the submit button to begin your search using a certain term, check the box that says, “to articles with full text.” This will ensure your results are only full articles.
You must use only the online library for this project. Given some effort, you should be able to find plenty of information on almost any topic. If you do not know how to use the Library, please use the two handouts I’ve linked above.
Find the 5 best peer-reviewed journal articles and maybe one or two newspaper articles from the databases. Please DO NOT use: quotes, encyclopedias, book reviews/article citations (not sources!) or personal opinion.
List the bibliographic information for those 5 articles on the Project Template (available above) or similar format. The shaded boxes are where you list your references.

MARKETING

Discuss the purpose of ‘scanning the marketing environment.’ What do marketers hope to accomplish by doing this?

MUST USE REFERENCEKerin, R. A., & Hartley, S. W. (2019). Marketing (14th ed.). New York, NY: McGraw-Hill Education.

Clabsi manuscript paper

Please please review all files before writing this paper. It was done here already and it wasn’t good.
Identify a technology project proposal pertinent to your practice environment. (This could be in your current practice or your future APRN or administrative role.) This proposal should include: executive summary, project description, rationale, evidenced based reasearch, goals and objectives, market/financial analysis, proposed project plan inclusive of overall project timeline and budget, evaluation and measurement plan, and a contingency plan (alternative assumptions and strategies). Integrate into the executive summary a discussion of how this particular project will “fit” in improving the current healthcare delivery environment in terms of access, quality, and cost.

I’ve submitted my paper and it wasn’t done properly. My study is on clabsi in the icu unit because they had one positive case and since that case we took action to prevent further cases which has been successful. We’ve created a bundle . The abstract should look something like this or better. Please use the paper that was due on the mock code as guidance and the rubric. The rubric is very crucial. Use that clabsi manuscript example as well as other researches as a guide.

WOMAN AND GENDER, HISTORY CLASS, RESPOND TO THREE CLASSMATE POST

DIRECTIONS, THIS IS NOT A PAPER JUST THREE SEPARATE PARAGRAPHS
• Very NICELY Critique Chelsea Bettencourt, John Rodriguez, Mary-Kate Bane. Were they Interesting? Vague? Accurate? NOT A SUMMARY OF THE STUDENT: I would start off like “Hey Chelsea well-written essay……. or John, I really enjoyed reading your essay because …..”
• I ATTACH THE DOCUMENT UNDER Week 10 Chelsea Bettencourt, John Rodriguez, Mary-Kate Bane
• AGAIN, THIS SHOULD BE A PARAGRAPH DISCUSS/CRITIQUE. GRAMMER IS NOT PART OF THE CRITIQUE. JUST WHAT WE THINK ABOUT THE paragraph. Again, it has to be very friendly and nice to respond to their post.
EXAMPLE:

SOMEONE CRITIQUE Chelsea post LIKE (DO NOT COPY THIS IS FROM OTHER STUDENTS, IT JUST AN IDEA OF HOW IT SHOULD BE LIKE)

Chelsea,
You wrote a very well detailed account of women during this time. Women on both the North and South played a part in helping out during this time. No matter how big or small the job, all women pitched in to help their side throughout the war. I also thought you brought up an interesting fact about the United States Sanitary Commission. This was a big help to the men who were fighting the war and women found another way to play their part.

SOMEONE CRITIQUE JOHN post LIKE
Hi John,
I liked that you mentioned that some of the women disguised themselves as men to go fight in the war. That must’ve been a big risk that they had to take. I also mentioned in my post that the women went into the army camps and pretended to be nurses, and they also provided food, blankets, they sewed uniforms and knitted socks and gloves.

PLEASE DON’T COPY BC THIS WAS FROM ANOTHER student.

Give a scholarly discussion and analyze the two materials and issues presented. Think of this in terms of the tools, skills, and information you will need from both articles as a public health professional. Examine the Nonjudgmental approach to reducing risks for disease/injury resulting from problematic but intractable behaviors. What is Harm reduction?
Harm reduction is a set of practical strategies and ideas aimed at reducing the negative consequences associated with drug use. Harm Reduction is also a movement for social justice built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of people who use drugs.
Certain behaviors (e.g., illicit drug use, adolescent sexual behavior, prostitution, excess alcohol consumption) will always occur

“Responsible” approach:
• Reduce harmful impacts (rather than prevent the activity)
• Provide services without judgment of underlying activity
• Recognize serious harm that the activity causes as well
