GLOBALISATION AND SUSTAINABILITY

In his 2019 work, Superpower, Ross Garnaut claims that Australia is very well positioned to take advantage of the global transition to a zero net carbon emissions regime. Why does Garnaut argue this? What does he see as the role of government and public policy in helping Australia to realize this great potential? Does Garnaut have a strong argument in your opinion? Why or why not?

Leadership Theory

Leadership Theory Group Project

Prepare a leadership theory analysis for a department or organization. The use of the Alvin Sherman Library or any other sources which may be useful to support your report are highly recommended.

Support the report with a vision and mission statement. Therefore, a vision and mission statement must be developed. The vision and mission statements become part of the assignment.

This assignment will account for 25% of your grade, and the PPT presentation will account for 8% of your grade. The presentation must be an
executive style presentation and will be graded based content and flow (make sure to practice).

The oral presentation is to share with the other classmates the educational overview of your findings. Teams wll have 30 minutes for the presentations (will be cutoff at exactly 30 minutes and will be penalized for not completing the presentation). Teams should utilize methods which will make the presentation worthwhile and that are advantageous to actual learning. The PowerPoint slides are to be used as a opic reminder only; they are not to be used as writing and reading prop.

The written report will provide an overall description of the interview and findings. The narrative ill be up between 10-12 pages in length using at least 10 references excluding any of the assigned books. The 10-12 pages of the narrative exclude the title page, table of contents, references, and any

The final submission must follow APA.

Global Supply Chain Management

This report is coursework 2, but you need to link it to the recommendation in coursework 1 as well. So, I will attach the file of coursework 1 to you. Besides, I also recommend you to look at these 2 textbooks as well because this is my textbook when I studied as I will provide it below. Therefore, you can find some useful information to write in my report. Thank you so much

1. Global Logistic and Supply Chain Management, 3rd Edition by John Mangan and Chandra Lalwani (Wiley)

2: Supply Chain Management: Strategy, Planning, and Operation, 6th Edition(Global Edition) by Sunil Chopra and Peter Meindl (Pearson)

WWII The London Blitz

Write a (doubled spaced, no more than 12-point font) paper based upon the following sources:

1. Primary source (ie, a source produced at the time of the historical event)

Mass-Observation, ‘The London Blitz’, in Tom Harrison (editor), Living Through the Blitz (Harmondsworth: Penguin, 1976), pp. 61-131

2. Secondary sources (ie, those sources produced after the time of the historical event, by historians, sociologists, writers, critics, et cetera)

Amy Helen Bell, ‘Landscapes of Fear: Wartime London, 1939-45’, Journal of British Studies 48 (January 2009), 153-75

Geoffrey Field, ‘Nights Underground in Darkest London: The Blitz, 1940-1’, International Labor and Working-Class History 62 (Fall 2002), 11-49

Brad Beaven and John Griffiths, ‘The Blitz, Civilian Morale and the City: Mass-Observation and Working-Class Culture in Britain, 1940-1’, Urban History 26 (1999), 71-88.

Guidelines

Though you can decide the structure of your paper, the paper should address the following questions:

How did Londoners experience the Blitz of the Second World War? What do you consider the main or most important aspects of this experience?

How do historians like Bell, Field, Beaven and Griffiths interpret the experience of the London Blitz?

Suggestions

Make sure to use examples from the primary source (whether a quote or quotes) to support any points you make.

Make sure to integrate the analyses offered by Bell, Field, Beaven and Griffiths in their secondary sources, into your analysis, by quoting them or reflecting upon their arguments – all the secondary source authors talk, for instance, about the importance of maintaining morale during the Blitz – what is the evidence in Mass-Observation that morale was maintained? What is the evidence against this?

ART 107

Please choose two art world and discuss further on it. As the assignment indicates, a ‘virtual tour’ of a museum (or museums) of your choice is also possible. The Metropolitan Museum in NYC has an especially good website with virtual tours available (https://www.metmuseum.org/). But you could also visit the Modern (https://www.moma.org/), or even the Louvre in Paris (https://www.louvre.fr/en). It will really help your paper if you’re able to identify a theme, and assemble three works that support this theme.
