Change Management Surveys
Overview: Asking the right questions at the right time can help to ascertain if a planned change procedure will go smoothly (or at least as smoothly as possible). It can also aid in determining if the people whom the change will impact are ready for it. Asking the right questions at the right time can mean the difference between success or failure. There are various ways a leader can implement to get the answers they seek; one of the most common is employing surveys.
Assignment: Peruse and analyze the attached article. Once done, follow the following guidelines:
Write three to five questions you would ask in a survey to determine employee change readiness.
Why did you choose those questions?
What useful information do you think you can glean from the employee responses?
How will that information assist you in managing organizational change?
