3. How will you use it for improvement in your life, work, leadership plan, etc. Show the application of the article.
Topics related to leadership skills, reflective learning, leadership behaviors, time management, communication, team dynamics, professional improvement, emotional intelligence are examples of acceptable topics.
Only scholarly works are acceptable. Those include journal articles, manuscripts, and other scholastic writings. Twitter feeds, blogs, news stories, opinion pieces, and social media postings are not scholarly.
Module readings and your texts are acceptable.
It is OK for more than 1 person to have the same article.
Times New Roman 12 point or Arial 11 point.
150-300 word initial postings recommended. Use suitable number of words for reply postings.
