Objective:
Write a research paper (5-7 page essay) about a specific topic dealing with women’s experience in the United States of America.
Learn in depth about a topic of interest to you and to take pride in your mastery of the topic
Learn the art of research and determining reliable resources
Acquire learning skills that will be required in any college class or work environment
Alternative: You could create a podcast (or a video) to discuss your topic. Must be 4-6 minutes in length.

Paper must be ORIGINAL
2-3 sources per body paragraph
Minimum 1 quote per paragraph
Appropriate use of parenthetical citations (MLA)
Works cited page containing a minimum of four sources
Be creative! Use copied artwork, musical lyrics, poetry, excerpts, and/or other materials to add uniqueness to your paper and enhance your grade (all cited, of course)

Prepare a comparative analysis of the political, economic and cultural forces that shape and distinguish women’s lives.
