Part A: Group Facilitation Session Plan (15 Marks)
As a group, you are required to submit a group facilitation session plan (on the topic you have chosen). You should plan the session to be 1-hour. The audience for your session is classmates from other groups in the same workshop. As a group, you need to complete the Group Session Planning Template which includes all the required components of the session plan:
4. Outline an evaluation plan for your facilitation session (4 marks) – how are you going to evaluate your session? what evaluation methods you will use? why? what are your evaluation questions?
No word limit but should be around 300-400 words. My part is only Q4. I have attached the document that has the other answers on it in case you need those
A Template will be provided in the course L@G site. You will submit this session plan as a group. You will share the same marks of the session plan (Part A, Assessment 2) as your group members.
References are optional and not required.

Due date: 11 May 2020, Week 11
Based on the process of preparing the session plan within your group, you are required to submit an 800-word reflection on the planning process. In your reflection you need to respond to these questions:
1. What do you think will be the challenges of co-facilitating your group session? – 3 Marks
2. How will you overcome these challenges? – 3 Marks
3. What key things did you learn while preparing the session plan with your group? – 3 Marks
4. What difficulties did you encounter while communicating with your group online (or using different technology tools)? How did you overcome, or how will you overcome, these difficulties? – 3 Marks
5. How will you apply your learning from this group project experience to your future practice? – 3 Marks
MAKE IT UP, we communicated through messenger, it was hard to get everyone available at the same time, others had things going on that prevented them from communicating effectively, I didnt have much service so that was an issue….. we got it done in the end, we worked well together, we all did our part effectively etc….
Ask questions if needed…
Note: 800 words, references are optional and not required.
