For this assignment you will write a plan for optimal psychological and physical health as you age. You will use the psychological research in the textbook chapters and journal articles as the foundation for your optimal aging plan. You should refer directly to this research by paraphrasing from the reading and by providing the page numbers for the sources you refer to. Please do not quote directly from the readings; paraphrase instead. You may include additional peer reviewed academic books or articles in psychology if you wish, but this is not required.
Your paper needs to be structured into 8 sections as follows:

Section 2: Plan for physical health (1-2 pages)
Section 3: Plan for happiness and psychological health. (1-2 pages)
Section 4: Plan for social well-being (1-2 pages)

Section 6: Reflections on the process of writing the optimal aging plan (1-2 paragraphs)
Section 7: Conclusion (1-2 paragraphs)
Section 8: References in American Psychological Association (APA) format (1 page)
