Please critically link how millennials think and boutique hotels work)
2. To determine the dimension of the impact and influence of millennials to the travel industry.
(In this part please show the impact and the influence of millennials in the travel industry, find sources that contradicts each other (e.g A says that millennial makes up a large part of travel industry, however B states that their influence are actually not as expected because they dont spend that much) something like this depending on the sources)
3. To investigate attributes that millennials value most and boutique hotel’s marketing approach to increase customer engagement and retain loyalty.
(Find attributes that millennials value most, could be amenities, digital technology, upgrades, experiences and find possible marketing approaches, also use sources that contradicts each other but make a neutral conclusion)
