In roughly 150-200 words, explain the concept of “ego depletion” as Kahneman describes it.
In your explanation, note what sorts of things might lead to ego depletion, and what might be done to restore the depleted ego.
Finally, give a real-world example of how ego depletion plays a role in our daily lives. This might come from your own personal experience, or from a more general example.

As a real world-example, I want you to talk about my story. I belonged to riot police corps in South Korea from 2016 to last year to serve military service. As we are working as policeman to protect everyone from the danger, we should straight up our mind when we manage the protest in Korea.
Therefore, we had very strict rule not to complain about senior’s command. One day, our corps went to escort president Trump. And we were staying there to intervene/mediate between protesters who support U.S. and other protesters who hate U.S. Sometimes we had a physical fight with them, however, we were not allowed to revenge them or hit them back as a policeman.
So what I want to say is that, on this day, I was standing for 12 hours from 9. am for the protests and guarding American president. He kept telling me to bring every suppression equipment, but I was completely exhausted, I felt super dizzy. So, I got so angry and yelled at my senior even though I always followed his command, and never complained about his request.
If you do not understand my story please ask me more, because I do not want you to write a wrong papaer.
Please, chat me first if you need more information about my story.
More, I did not read the pdf file, so you should read it very carefully and write everything that the question above asks you to do with my real life world example under the assignment detail.
