The community where you live is to be assessed using the Community Profile Inventories:
1: Boundary of community, location of health services, geographical features
2: Climate, flora and fauna present, human made environment
3: Size, density, composition
4: Rate of growth or decline, cultural differences, social class
5: Mobility, poverty level, educational level
6: Unemployment rate, population by age, health status
7: Environmental health status. Choose one strength or weakness to focus on as a community health nurse, what will your project be focused on in the community to work on one of these issues?
