b. Identify key employment legislation relevant to your organisation and evaluate how employment legislation impacts the following:

Data Protection
Health and Safety
Employment Contracts
Illustrate with relevant evidence from your workplace. This can include induction material, contract of employment template, job descriptions published on the organisations website and any other relevant evidence (please ensure you do not include any document that has personal details or employment details).
2. Human Resource Management Practice
a. Based on your own workplace, create the following HRM documentation:
A job and a person specification
Job advertisement
Interview checklist
b. Critically evaluate the relevance of employee relations, including employment legislation compliance, to effective recruitment and selection practices in your organisation.
