I would like to request that you go through Chapter five: methodology again very closely and make sure that your research methodology is aligned with your research questions, etc. There are redundant material, e.g contingency theory, that is not relevant to your main research aim. Also, the chapter is too long (7749 words). Please shorten it to a maximum of 5000 words, preferably much less. Please read the chapter closely, remove redundant material and forward to me for re-review
Also, please reconsider these important points when designing your questionnaire items:
· A multiple-item approach should be adopted based on Likert scales for each construct (i.e. digital transformation, workflow design, leadership style, organizational performance). This is to increase the accuracy, consistency and confidence in the measurements. A single-item measure is not accepted.
· All measurement items should be derived from previously validated scales in the literature and adjusted to the context of this study. Please refer to these scales explicitly in your methodology chapter. The scales are not to be developed by yourself entirely for this research.
· Pay attention to common method bias in the design of your questionnaire instrument. Consider how will you measure the dependent variable (e.g. organizational performance)?
