Perform the following steps:
Step 1: Review the following content
Review the following materials about key account management. (I HAVE UPLOADED COPIES OF EACH)

Schachter, L. and Cheatham, R. (2015). The Keys to Key Account Management: What Great Looks Like.

Ryals, Lynette (2012), How to Succeed at Key Account Management. Harvard Business Review.

Richards, K.A., & Jones, E. (2009). Key Account Management: Adding Elements of Account Fit to an Integrative Theoretical Framework. Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, 29(4), pp.305-310.

Step 2: Address the following
Now that you have read about the latest theories in KAM, introduce your Public-School District and discuss how key accounts are differentiated from regular accounts. Next, you will tie in the literature to what you currently do for those key accounts, be sure to discuss what Richards & Jones mention about strategic, operational and personal fit. And three (3) of the seven (7) steps seen in the Ryals article that are the most applicable to your school district. Using this newly learned information, create a similar table to the one found on pages 18-22 from the Schachter and Cheatham reading found in Reading 2.1. Be sure to list at least five (5) different Critical KAM Behavior Categories and Required KAM Behaviors in your table that are specific to your school district (to help avoid having an unnecessarily high Turnitin similarity index). Do you think that this table would help your current KAM, why or why not?
