Description: Assignments to be assessed for the communication competency requires students to present a grammatically correct essay effectively organized with an introduction, conclusion, thesis statement, supportive reasoning, and appropriately documented evidence.

II. CRITICAL THINKING

Description: Students will respond to the reading assignment of the Constitution and will demonstrate critical thinking, innovation and inquiry, and demonstrate analysis, evaluation and synthesis of information.

Personal Responsibility Core Objective: Students will demonstrate the ability to connect choices, actions, and consequences to ethical decision-making.
Description: They essay will demonstrate the ability to connect choices, actions, and consequences to ethical decision-making.
